Known for his underground local album that was released in 1995 4-knoxx, one of the hit songs on the album that really relates to the streets was called "The folks is hot" one of the most generating songs of the century. Another one was called "Down South" which made waves locally in his community. Members of the 4-KNOXX group was Bert, Roller and Pickalo. Pick decided to use his grandmother's maiden name, last name caesar after he went solo. Now pick has numerous of albums like Airport nigga and Airport niggas, he also collabed with twin brother Papa Caesar to create the evil twin brother's albums volume 1 and volume 2.      #pickalocaesar #google #Sarah #yahoo
